How could that be? Do you mean like more exhust going through a system? Cause if you've got a V8 with dual exhaust you've got 4 cylinders per system. If you've got a 6 cylinder with a single exhust then you've got 6 cylinders per system. That's a 50% difference. I could see this but L6 wouldn't actually produce more exhaust (as in volume and flow) than a V8.
