Inliners International Forums General Discussion Engines revisiting my too hot engine

can you guys tell me if my timing setup is somewhere close to right to start,,,I will look at the distributor today, I have done the ported and full vacuum thing before also, and really do not remember the conclusion, I keep a log of this tuneup stuff to try to remember what worked with the carb,I don't think it made a temp diff. I'll go back and look,,,
