well, the elbow part came with the intake when i bought it new. maybe theres a way to get a replacement through jcwhitney or from offenhouser themselves. otherwise, what i did since i work in the transmission industry is took an old transmission t.v. cable and cut it at the transmission end, and then ran it from the carb ( a small machine threaded bolt with a round head ground down to fit the "teardrop"), through the insulation and to the pedal. i used 2 cable locks to ensure it wouldnt come loose.
in the kit that comes with the intake is also a new aluminum pivot arm that mounts to the side of the intake and as you can see i dont use it. i noticed with the origional throttle cable that it seemed to have a lot of resistance so i reworked it as you see in the pic. if you notice, i used the origional metal pivot arm that came off the single barrel intake and used it as a means to hook up the tv cable for the 700r4 that i run in the car. it took a bit of work to get the geometry right, but it was so worth it. 3800 lb 4 door ventura and it gets 18 mpg or better all the time.
