I noticed today that the small puddle of oil under my road draft tube was creamy colored. Is this normal?

It could be from some water condensation out of the crank case and tube formed after cooling down.Cool nights can cause this condensation.
Unless it's excessive I wouldn't worry about it as long as everything else with your engine is normal.

If the oil in the engine is the correct color CD is probably right.

If It's 'creamy' too; let it sit overnight & losen the oil pan drain plug & see if water comes out first before the oil.

Good luck, John M.......
