Not bad,car is light,have you thought about running a larger carb?
Trans is a powerglide?
A short tailshaft TH 350 will bolt right in for improve times in the 1/4.
I always like to suggest a trans w/an OD,2004R,7004R,in that order,for very mild builds.
I will be using a 4L85E trans.
Also,if interested,,maybe use a truck exhaust manifold like this one

Small cam would wake it up also.
It all just cost some money,& depends on if you are interested in any upgrades at all? Cheap mods for 1/4 mile gains,or a little more for better gains.
