I wanted dual exhaust on my 56 chev - 235. I have the following setup: stock 235, Corvette cast iron dual exhaust running dual pipes into a dual in / out 18 inch Flowmaster. I had the muffler shop neck down the pipes to fit. The setup allowed me to run the pipes side by side down one side of my underbody and split back to dual-out going over the rear axle. Makes just enough rumble to keep my Big block brother happy without frying my ears.
