You can pull the plug wires off of those cylinders one at a time with the engine running to see if it stops ticking/knocking when you do this. If removing the spark load eliminates the noise, it is probably indicating problems deeper inside the engine,ie. wrist pin, collaped/broken piston or rod bearing issues.
