I don't think you'll find a T5 that'll take 400Ft/lbs.

If you're daring, then find a Camaro T5 with a V8 gearset and install the countershaft rear bearing support. You can find the support at 5 speeds.com and multiple other vendors.

I had a friend that had a 450 HP, torque unknown, 355 SB in front of a T5 in an early 80's Camaro, or should I say 4 or 5 T5's before he broke down and bought a Muncie. Overdrive and mileage weren't his concern though. Good luck and you can download a manual for free for T5's at TTC technology 's website (I think you'll need one before long.)
