I'm running Crower 1.75 ratio stainless roller rockers. There are several other companies who make aluminum roller rockers, and you can also get long slot stamped rockers and use poly locks to set the adjustment on them. There are also roller tip stamped rocker arms that will work in a 194-292. Just takes a bit of research on various cam companies' websites and online catalogs.
