As you can see from the pictures, the throttle shafts are split, rotated 90° from the common 2 & 4 bbl., and are now parallel to each other.
There are 2 opinions as to whether the primary or secondary should face the engine, but they both can't, so any "normal" 2 bbl. adapter or manifold won't work.
