Check the Beemers in the wrecking yards, especially the Minis, they have (or at least had) an electric pump.
IIRC some of them had hydroboost as well (Cooper S maybe).
May not be enough volume, and you may not want to listen to the pump (they are't particularly quiet) as they run any time the alternator is online.
