You are fortunate to have the parts needed to build this dream and to be living in an area rich with Inliners. I would suggest contacting the chapter heads around WA and seeing what they have to say. You shouldn't have any problems finding out most of what you need to know. Have you considered writing an article outlineing your quest for the 12PN?
