I said it before, you are really ,really lucky that engine did not blow up a long time ago.
At least it lasted a little while to sort out some stuff.
Just remember, even if you get forged pistons in there, it will blow up also if you run the new engine the same way you had run your current engine. It will take some more abuse than cast pistons will. 2 cents thrown.
