David first check that your studs are not to long and that the nuts are making good contact with the flange(i.e that they havent run out of thread on the stud.)If this is the problem either buy a slightly shorter stud or build up the space needed witha washer. After that use some loctite on the nuts or use nyloc nuts ( you should really only use these once) Rembember to retorque the nuts after the engine is warmed up.
