I've used Eastwoods carb paint with good results?? Just apply light coats and don't coat the inside, shafts or linkage where they stop working. the only other choice I can think of that works is to disassemble the carb and send the body out for annodizing. unless it's a show car I don't think I'd go to that extreme. And if you leave the masking tape on too long Beater has a way to remove it.
