Yes That is Leo Santucci's Head. This Head takes alot of Work ,Not just the head also Redrilling the Block and Fabing New side lifter covers and Valve cover. Then You have the Intake & exhaust to deal with. This Has been done with Both The Low deck(230,250's) along with the tall deck 292.
But again Not something for the low Budget Builder especialy when you think about the Cost of the Heads and then to have it cut up and then Rewelded and the machine work. But All & All Yes i have to agree It is one killer set-up HUH
