Anyone out there ever have a problem with the "freeze plug" holes in the bottom of the water jacket leaking? What's the recommended fix?
Thanks, Brian.

Dear Brian;

That would depend on why they were leaking.

Are the plugs/holes in the aluminum mamnifold?

Hi JM; It's a 250" Chevy manifold and they're on the bottom. Maybe they're leaking because I had it powdercoated? Thanks for the reply. Brian.

I forgot to add that yes, it's aluminum. Brian.

I have the same intake but haven't had any leakage problems. Try some JB Weld and (if you've never used it before) apply it according to the instructions. Should be plenty strong enough to stop a water leak that's not pressurized.
