Dear Mark;

Dry cylinder walls will read 10#.

If the valves look good, put a little STP on the cylinder walls & change the head gasket.

That will give you the compression you need.

Getting the spark & fuel to it is 'a snap', you can do it.

Make sure the trans has oil too.
