Hey Beater, I can't thank you enough for these links and your help. I'm putting this into my '58 Chevy pickup with 3.90 gears, for the moment, as I have a set of 3.73s in a 12 bolt that is the same width, drum to drum as the '58. It came out of a 66 Chevy pickup, for anyone wanting to change over. This setup will save me a ton of money, going to the Overdrive instead of costly gear changes to the original.
