A complete 261" weighs 400# W/O starter/generator. If this is for shiping purposes they (shiper) will weigh it for you.
The 'later' 250/292 would be in that area. Larry P. might know the exact weight if you need that.
Contact the Webmaster for the signature issue. He may have to do it for you.
