Could the screw in plug in the front oil galley be blocking flow?

Don't fret over cam bearing brand. No matter what color the box they came in is about 90% of the cam bearings sold in the US are made by Dura-Bond in Carson City, Nevada. The rest are probably made in China and Taiwan.
