I took one of the bolts out of the side cover of my 250 and noticed a rubber gasket/washer. Where can I find these or what do you do as an alternative.
Thanks

The rubber gasket/washer is to help prevent oil
leaking out the bolt holes. I've found similar items in Sears Hardware or NAPA, but a dab of silicone will work just as well.

Those little bolt gaskets also come as part of a side cover gasket set and of course in a complete engine gasket set. Alternately you can use a correctly sized oil resistant O ring on the bolt or silicone as also was mentioned.
