Inliners International Forums General Discussion Engines 4 Barrel orientation and overdrive transmissions

Hey guys. Long time no post. Here’s one for you. I can’t seem to find the answer posted previously.

Has anybody successfully installed a four barrel carburetor with the primaries outboard to the engine in conjunction with an overdrive transmission? I can’t see any way to do it, since the TV cable and bracket would have to be too close to the valve cover to mount.
