John.. everything should pretty much hook up all the same.
The chamber is smaller.
It will increase you comp. ratio.
What pistons are you running? Flat tops, dished?
+ You will get better throttle response.
+ You will make more torque.
+ Could possible get better gas mileage.
- might have to run higher octane fuel.
There are more positives then negatives.
