Inliners International Forums General Discussion Engines Pre-'54 v post-'54 sumps

Hi all,
A guy contacted me asking if I had a spare sump for his 1954 235.

I know there was a change in the rear mains seal after 1954, so I was wondering if I can offer him one of my 1955-62 sumps to replace his 1954 sump?

any help would be appreciated.
