How thick do you think the main body of the cover needs to be, Mr. Lowe? I have seen pics before of the back side that goes to the inside of the engine, and some of those have relief cut into that side.
Beater, I might keep that in mind, but the irregular shape of that cover seems pretty tough right now. The good thing about the pushrod covers is that they're just rectangular slabs. I am working on programming radii though.
