Dear Bill;

This is normal, even though the M4F is a 'mild' cam.

Also; If your 'cam card' says .016 set at .018 till the break in period is complete.

Screw in the mixture screw (at idle)till the engine 'stumbles' then back out 3/4 turn. This may help. Perhaps up to 900 on the speed seting too.
