OP tigpro Active BB Member T Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 27 smyrna tn.	i am tearing down my 250 chevy yesterday and the whole time knowing that i would have to turn the crank at least .010 to my suprise the crank don't even have a score in it! it looks like new. it just go's to show that inlines are the tuffest engines ever built.(this engine came from my 69 nova numbers matching car that has never been rebuilt!)

That always gives the new bearings a good surface for break in and rids the crank of any loose "whatever" hanging around in the oil Passages....SCRAP Jerry Davis II#4711 ol Smokey said "one test is worth a thousand expert opinions."
