If you need the heat for street Tom at Stovebolt can modify an Offy dual intake(yours or his) that has the water heat provision to a tri-power setup. I had that done for my Ply flathead motor. Just measure and make sure the rear carb will clear the firewall! You can use the 1 bbl carbs or go with the Carter/Weber 2 bbl progressive carbs with no problem by using an adapter.
