This slide rule will allow you to calculate displacement for any 4, 6, or 8 cylinder engine. You can also do quartermile e.t. predictions, compression ratio calculations, clearance volume calculations, power-to-weight ratios, gear ratio/speed/RPM/tire size computations and the like. Well worth the investment. I arrived at the 240 ci figure by assuming a bore/stroke typical of the era and worked it out on this slide rule.
