Picture posting here is really shitty the way it was originally intended. I figured it out with a lot of experimentation and it's actually really pretty fricken simple. You don't even need to switch to full reply screen either. It's all about the BBCode.
Try this. Go to
https://imgbb.com/ to upload an image. I made a Snip of the Inliners web logo to demonstrate.
The secret is to use "BBCode thumbnail linked" in the Embed codes pull down on IMGBB. Click on the picture below for example.
Simply copy the link and paste it in the message. Works amazing. No accounts needed or expensive sign ups on paid hosting. This FAQ should be sticky'd someplace better to help others.
