I used to be here as D13 but the system would not let me reuse that for some reason.
I have yet to complete the 250, need to Putin the head studs and put on the head. Mild cam and 307 pistons, should be a nice putput.
But, I since have picked up another 250, Mercury marine style, and I just picked up a complete running 292!

Question... has anyone run the SPA T4 manifold with pipes not a turbo? Need an exhaust manifold and thought I might just go to the end game.

Oh, sold the 77 pickup with the 250. Retirement plan is a turbo’d 250 powered, fuel injected 3/4 ton 4wd, of which I have ‘almost’ all the parts.

Using the SPA manifold would be an awful expensive option since new OEM style versions are much cheaper. Unless you are planning a turbo install in the future.

I agree with CNC-dude, But I think the SPA manifold would breath better then a stock one would. Knowing the size of the turbo mount area. But a set of Clifford shorty's should be fairly cheap. Or check swap meets for used headers When and If they can open back up.

Eventually would like to turbo and use fuel injection. TBI at first, but A certain person’s FI intake with a Megasquirt looks like the way to go, coil on pluG ignition, etc. I figured since I need a manifold might as well just step up now.

One piece at a time... but it will cost me lots of dimes.
