I'm about to drop my Chevy 235 head (848 casting) off at the machine shop to get new valves, guides, springs, etc.
I've seen a few different specs floating around so just wanted to double check, what height should the valve guides be installed to? From what I can find it should be:
Exhaust: 7/8"
Intake: 15/16"
Do those look right?
