I looking for the torque sequence for the intake/exhaust manifolds for a '67 Chevy 250.

Start at center and work You way out to both ends
( in a circle) Once the Motor has been fired up and at full temp shut down The Retorque it.

How do you get a torque reading on the inner bolts/nuts since a torque wrench won't fit inside the manifolds?

A torque wrench is not needed there.

Simply tighten like Larry said and estimate the 40-50# required making them even.

tighen a by hand till they stop add a 1/4 pull there after Then heat up the motor Let Cool and Repeat. If you Must /have the need to know torque
Buy what they call a Crows foot and put that on your torque bar.
