I've got a 250 with a slightly bent rocker stud. I can't for the life of me get it loose. I've tried with vise grips but all I'm doing is chewing up the stud. Any ideas?

The Stud Is pressed in. If the Threads are still good ? Take a small piece of pipe/Or Heavy tub & stack some washers alone with it Then use the Nut to pull the stud out of the head You may/will need add more washers as it come out so you don't run out of threads. Hope this helps }[oooooo]
