Has anyone used a manifold like this? What kind of potential do you believe it has?

Well, it's obviously made for the integral head 250 so potential is going to be really limited by the integral head, rather than the exhaust.

It won't work with the old-style, non-integral head. Not at all.

Oops - My mistake. I thought the exhaust between the integral and non-integral interchanged. Question answered.

The exhuast is for 79-84 250 integrated head engines only. The 75-79 integral heads had single exhasut outlet. The image is Mirrored needs to be flipped. I wish you had up a year ago when I had to have mine reworked at s machine shop. I paid more than that to have the bolts that broke removed and manifold surfaced. They are very expensive if you try to buy them at parts stores or specialty catalogs like LMC, classic trucks etc. $500-$700 range. I don't think they sell any at that price though. Most people would just change the head to old style or replace engine with V8. I bought a NOS set of headers for my integral head for $25.00 only one other person bid. Use manifolds like these go for $15-20 on Ebay. I say another auction where the guy had 85 of these manifolds for sell I think at the same price you have. Good luck there are still a few like me with these old 250s. Buy the way it is a pain to replace the exhaust.

Wow, interesting stuff. I don't know much about the integral head L6's. I have a 79' inline that somehow managed NOT to have the integral head. I've always been happy with it like that.
