something with a lobe center between a 110-114 with a lift/s between 468-530 and a RPM range of idle to 6000 will will give you a smooth to a slight lope. and Cam in those ranges would give you nice Low to mid range Power. The durations on those type cams will vary depending who you buy the cam from. But should work nicely for what your after.

this is what i got back from deltacam:
"We can grind a cam like that for you and provide lifters with it for about $100."
"You may indeed use those lifters(meaning ones on rebuilt engine that hasn't been started), and the springs are probably ok too. You should check the springs and make sure they are good enough for that application."
How do I check the springs. How's the price?

Sounds Good But Delta Ground me a cam 260deg 212@.050" duration 112deg lobe centers .480 Lift Cost $49
the 2 deg more duration higher rpm and less low rpm torque .18" more lift better torque. 110 deg lobe centers rougher idle better low end torque for $ 102.00 more Call Delta Again

Crane has a couple that might interest you.
p/n cra-210511
.467/.498 lift int/exh 248/360 adv. duration 192/204 duration @ .050 112 lobe seperation rpm range 1000-4000
depending on what your after, they offer two more but the next one is as follows, the first would probably be ideal though.
p/n cra-213901
.498/.530 lift int/exh 260/270 adv. duration 204/216 duration @ .050 112 lobe seperation rpm 1500-4500
