Just a six-Thanks for the info.I will try it with a load. The voltage reducer from The Car Shop came with no directions and consisted of only the resister? My next problem is that I dont know how to use the response to a question or answer on this system. Help there would be appreciated also. Thanks, Brad

Thanks Jim R. I guess I am only blind in one eye, I just can't see out of the other. Thanks again. Now back to my other problem the volt drop. I tried both resisters with an appropriate load and still 12v through the resister. I did look in JC Whitney and they do have volt drop units---I guess thats my next attempt. Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. I will keep you posted. This was supposed to be a simple fix, Oh well!!!
