Does anyone know if the 1942 Chevrolet one and a half ton cab will fit a half ton frame? Are there any differences in body panels between the two trucks?

Yes, it will fit. The cab is the same as the 1/2 ton. The fenders and front end are probably bigger, of this I am not sure.
