Inliners International Forums General Discussion MOPAR Cam Specs

I understand that the 230 dodge Truck received a cam & compression upgrade in later models that raised Hp from 95 to about 120- anyone know what these specs were? I have a 1949 Power Wagon, and would like to get some more mechanical advantage for 6800 lbs of iron.
