i would like to upgrade my brakes to a dual master and i plan on installing a fresh gmc 302 any ideas front suspension??? also what would be a good six lug rear for this 54"backing plate to backing plate I am unsure of tranny a hydromatic or a original non syncro 4 speed stick or ???? i would like a really dependable driver with a little bit of balls kind of a sleeper mike

I just upgraded my '46 pickup with a dual master cylinder from a '70 - '77 Ford F100 pickup truck with manual brakes - one of the last dual cylinders with non-power application..

MP power in Mooresville N.C. had a swap to dual res./front disc for my 46 truck. Great people, I have been very pleased.
