hello inliners,

I am new to the list, I am building a 53 Bel Air 50's style hot rod. I plan on running a 270 GMC, T5 trans, 57 wagon 3.70 rear. I see a lot of vintage speed stuff for the 235-261, any pointers on a source for speed parts & Know-How for the Jimmy?

I've gotten excellent GMC engine advice here on the Inliners forum. It's best to ask specific questions though.

Someone put out a 270 speed manual in the early 50's with lots of good info. Poke around Inliners, the Stovebolt Forum, or OldGMCtrucks.com forum and you will probably find a reference to the book. I know I've seen it discussed.
