just a quickie wouldn't aftermarket parts i.e intake, exhaust, cams, made for the Chevy 230 work on the Pontiac 230 in like a '66 LeMans?

The Pontiac 215 engine is the same animal as the 194 / 230 / 250 Chevy, and as Twisted points out the OHC 230 Pontiac is different. It wouldn't surprise me if you did have the Chevy 230 in your Pontiac. GM has been known to install engines from other divisions - The Pontiac Ventura
( derived of the Nova ) of the late 60's early 70's as an example.

thanks, i haven't gotten the car. i found one i wanna get. i doesn't say wether its the 6 cyl, the sprint 6, or the v8 326. so this was just for info.

after more searching, if it is a 6 cyl. it'll be a ohc. does anyone know what mods you can do to this?
