I've got the lumps by larry installed on my head, but i just cant think or find anywhere how to get bolts down in the block, only thing i can think of is screw in studs, but if i did that would the torque be the same?

You use a short allen head capscrew bolt for the bolts that pass thru the "lumps". Get them at any bolt and nut supply store.
