Offenhauser makes a dual single barrel intake. With a 2bbl to 1bbl adapter you can have what your asking for Visit Tom Langdon's web site at http://www.stoveboltengineco.com/index1.htm he has what you might be looking for there

Edmunds made a dual 2bbl intake back in the day. Used a pair of 3 bolt Ford carbs. They show up on Ebay from time to time, also swap meets. Otherwise, Clifford may still make a dual application that uses adapter plates for whatever carbs you want to use. Using 2 to 1 adapters from Langdon like Johnny sugests is the only other option I know of.

Hi Conductor . . . Gearhead's right. I got a Edmund's two duece for my build - but you don't see many around as they were expensive in the day. Other possibility is to go with the Clifford four barrel manifold and the Vintage Speed two duece adapter -- though its a bit pricey: Vintage Speed stock49

Make your own intake.
There was an Edmunds on Ebay just recently. Have a little patience, there will be another one soon... They also come with provisions for water heat.
Using the adapters on a 2x1 intake will hurt in the higher rpm's, but for typical street use it should be fine. Alot of people are running that combo.
I believe the Clifford 2x4 is only available for the later sixes, so making your own is your only option, as far as I know.

I have a set of 3 matched Holley 94's that I am going to use after I rebuild my 261. They don't really flow very much more than the Rochesters do, unfortunately, only about 125 cfm. The nice thing, though, is that you can get a set of adjustable jets from Vintage Speed for them. They are a set of needles that screw through the bowl that ride in the main jets so you can twiddle the mixture from outside the carb. I'm planning a custom fabbed intake with progressive linkage with a power valve in the center carb and none in the outers.

Hi Conductor . . . Gearhead was right about patience . . . there's an Edmund's on ebay today: Edmunds Two Duece To bad some meat-head drilled a hole in it! I've seen these 'refined-log' style Edmund's before - but for Buick straight-8 and Ford Inline sixes. This is first I've seen of this style for Chevy standard. I am more familiar with the larger dual plenum design that was pictured in Almquist catalogs for years: Trouble with this manifold is that it's going to require some trimming of the driver's side firewall upright to get it into my ride. Happy hunting. stock49

One word of caution re. these 'OLD' Edmunds water heated manifolds. Make sure the water tube has not rotted away inside, causing water to leak into the intake. I x-rayed one a buddy bought and the tube was full of holes. Quite possibly you could replace the tube if leaking, just check it out.

As far as I know that intake was cast for the 216 and doesn't have the port diameter for the larger 261 heads. I had one at one time and sold it because there wasn't enough metal in the flange area to bore it out to fit a 235/261 head, so you may want to take careful measurements before you buy.
Other than that they are nice manifolds and polish up well.

I have been running the manifold shown in Stock49's picture for about ten years on my 261. You are right it was made for a 216. I was able to bore out the ports to accept the rings. Not a lot of extra material there but enough. I have never run the water heat on mine. While the warm up might be a little slow I have never had any problems with it getting too cold. I suspect the wide flat bottom of the mainfold might pick up some radiant heat from the exhaust manifold. I run the Holly/Ford 94s which are a 15/16" throttle bore and they work fine. I tried some later Ford 1-1/16" throttle bore carbs and the throttle response was terrible.
