Is the distributor on the car flattie sixes the same as the industrial sixes? I was looking to install a pertronix kit, but only found a listing for chrysler "industrial" sixes. They are the same engine, or distributor? I've got a 50 coronet.

Which flathead do you have?

Most industrial engines, AFAIK, are big block. The distributors probably fit, but the advance curve might be different.
