Well, first of all the motor is longer than the 216 and 235. That means the radiator has to be moved forward a couple of inches and you'll have to remove your fill in to the back side of the radiator otherwise your hood will hit on top of it.
Second of all, you'll have to get some custom motor mounts because as you know the 216/235 has front mounts. I put some side mounts from chasis engineering. Another thing is your manual choke will not work with the 250. And you won't need it if you use the stock carb from the 250 motor. The water/temp line will not reach the stock place on the motor either.
This is some of the things you'll run into. One of the biggest one for me right now is my tranny linkage. They won't line up at all. Hope this helps.
