gearhead 1000 Post Club G Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 1,613 madison, wi	F54P is a 1954 235 from a 6000 series 2 ton truck. This is per my Hollander interchange manual. If the letter after 54 was N or Q, then it would be a 261. I.I. #3174
