You will need to use the pick-up that matches the pan. The easiest way to get all the pieces is look for a complete 230 or 250. Around here they are often on Craigslist in the $50 to $100 range for a core motor. eBay is another possibility for just the parts or a complete motor; you if you win a bid for a complete, the seller may be willing to pull the parts you need to save shipping...

You can probably sell the center sump pan and related parts to another Chevy II fiend. It should cover the cost of the rear sump pieces or possible make you a little profit.

Most subframe kits are set up for a V motor and centered in the subframe. Make sure when you intall the motor, you offset it the same as in the factory clip to keep the trans and driveline staight. Good luck with your project.
