The casting number on my 250 is G0 2 K78.
The block number is 473483.
The K78 tells me that the block was cast November 7th, and the "8" tells me the last digit of the year. From this I know that it was cast in 1968 or 1978. Is there anyway I can narrow down the decade?
I can't seem to find any information that is helpful.
